
Leslyn Brouillette has served as a Sub-Investigator at The Center for Pharmaceutical Research and the newly established Center for Pediatric Research since 2007. Leslyn graduated with a Master's of Science in Nursing degree in 1997 from the University of Missouri at Kansas City. She has been in practice as a Nurse Practitioner since that time. Practice experiences include family practice, reproductive health, internal medicine and she specialized in rheumatology for several years. Leslyn has practiced in Missouri, Idaho, Texas and Georgia in a variety of settings including private practice clinics, public health settings and university health care services.
Clinical trials experiences include the following conditions: Musculoskeletal, Respiratory/ENT, Gastrointestinal, Pain, Infectious Disease, Nephrology, Endocrine, Cardiovascular, Urology, Dermatology, Rheumatology, Men's Health, Women's Health, Pediatrics, and Vaccine development. In addition to practice, Leslyn has taught nursing courses in both the community college and university settings. She currently teaches theory courses and clinical nursing content at a local college.
Leslyn is board certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Austin, Texas. She is a member of the Missouri Nurses Association and the Eastern Jackson County Nurse Practitioner Association
